Power System Impact Assessments Solution

Grounds for Enforcement (Special Act on the Promotion of Distributed Energy)
- Article 23 (subject to power system impact assessment)A business operator who intends to use electricity larger than a certain amount prescribed by Presidential Decree in an area designated and publicly announced by the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy
- Article 24 (Submission of Power System Impact Assessment Report • Review, etc.)Where a system impact business operator needs to obtain approval, authorization, permission, or designation of a project or business plan subject to the implementation of the power system impact assessment, he/she shall submit a power system impact assessment report to the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy in advance by the time prescribed by Presidential Decree before applying for such approval.
- Article 32 (Acting of Power System Impact Assessment)When a system impact business operator conducts or changes a power system impact assessment, he/she may have a person designated by the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy act on behalf of him/her as prescribed by Presidential Decree.
